Episode 32 - Mollies OCD Story

In episode 32 I interview the wonderful Mollie about her expereinces of dealing with OCD. Mollies shares her account of therapy, struggling with OCD at college and ultimately, realising that she could overcome it. 

Mollies lives with her partner and pets in Virginia. But she also lives with social anxiety and OCD. She says that she has spent most of her life being afraid to open up about mental health challenges. Only recently has she learned about the power that publicly sharing her story has, the power to remind others that they are not alone.
