In this epsiode we discuss how to manage OCD during the crisis, so that it doesn´t take centre stage. We go into detail at how focusing on values can help us learn to accept difficult emotions and how being more present minded helps us to deal with problems. I also discuss some of the bizzare things that have happened to me over the last week and the importance of keeping a sense of humour to help keep things in perspective. We are all worried right now, but it´s important that we try to stay positive. Please remember that the opinions shared hear are not medical facts. Corona virus is a very serious disease and we all have to follow the governments guidlines on dealing with it. I hope you find the episode helpful.
