Today I chat with wellness expert & meditation teacher Tom Cronin. Tom spent 26 years in finance markets as one of Australia’s leading bond and swap brokers. He discovered meditation in the early stages of his career, when the anxiety and chaos he was experiencing had hit a crisis point, and it completely transformed his world, both personally and professionally.
Founder of The Stillness Project, a global movement to inspire one billion people to sit in stillness daily, Tom is passionate about reducing stress and chaos in people’s lives. His ongoing work in transformational leadership coaching and corporate training has seen him working with some of the top companies in the world.
He has spoken on stage at conferences and events like Adnews Summit, Afest, Wanderlust and Mind Heart Connect. Tom has six books published, a meditation app and produced the hit film The Portal.

Is it an OCD thought or not? This questions can be very hard for a lot of people with OCD. It's almost as if trying to get to the bottom of whether a thought is OCD is the most pressing one of all.
But learning to let go of this incessant search for certainty is an essential skill for overcoming OCD. Today I discuss my struggles with trying to work out if a thought is OCD or not and how I try to let this go.

DR. AVIGAIL (ABBY) LEV is a psychotherapist, author, mediator, international speaker and executive coach in San Francisco, California. Today I speak with Dr Karen Cureton about neural retraining and healing.
Dr. Karen Cureton is a licensed naturopathic physician, acupuncturist, passionate neuroplasticity practitioner, and co-creator of the Wired for Wellness program.
Through her own journey with complex chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and PTSD as well as from treating hundreds of patients with complex chronic illness, she realized the profound impact that stress physiology has on all aspects of health. By rewiring her brain and rebalancing her nervous system, she was able to free herself from anxiety, depression, PTSD, many physical symptoms and stress patterns.
She has since helped many clients do the same with diverse health issues, traumas, and self-sabotaging patterns. Dr. Cureton is now a firm believer that everyone with a chronic mental, emotional, or physical health issue will benefit from neural retraining, and in many cases it is critical to healing.
